Original priority: P1 — Community experience and polish

• Add social interaction to community screenshots:
  • signed-in members can comment on screenshots;
  • show comments as a clean conversation directly with the screenshot, including author/avatar and timestamp;
  • use the shared CookieMonsters Like / Love / Agree / Hugs / Happy / Sad reaction system on screenshots rather than a screenshot-specific Like/Unlike implementation;
  • one active reaction per member per screenshot, with compact per-reaction counts and the normal change/remove behaviour from the shared reaction model;
  • preserve comments and reactions as real backend data tied to both screenshot and member, not browser-only state;
  • allow members to remove their own comments and screenshot owners/admins to moderate comments where appropriate;
  • design reactions/comments to stay soft and unobtrusive rather than turning the screenshot gallery into a noisy social feed.
