Original priority: P1 — Community experience and polish

• Build a community Report system without cluttering member profiles with prominent report buttons:
  • initial entry point: Settings → Report user;
  • allow selecting/searching the user being reported;
  • include report reason/category plus optional details/evidence;
  • send reports into an admin moderation queue with status/history;
  • when unresolved reports exist, make the Admin entry in the personal sidebar visibly but tastefully pulse/blink and show a small unread/report count badge;
  • opening Admin should show a clear Reports / Moderation area with who was reported, who submitted the report, why they were reported, optional details/evidence, timestamp and current status;
  • allow admins to mark reports as reviewed, resolved/dismissed and retain their history for auditing;
  • later consider a more contextual report entry point if it can be kept discreet and tasteful.
