Original priority: P1 — Community experience and polish

• Reorganize Settings so personal account options are clearly grouped:
  • Profile Settings for public/profile-facing choices.
  • User Settings for account preferences and personal site behaviour.
  • Keep Admin completely separate from Settings.
  • Add a safety/reporting area under Settings initially, including Report user.
  • Add a Content mode setting with SFW as the universal default.
  • A member may explicitly switch Content mode to NSFW / 18+ only after a valid date of birth has been saved and the calculated age is at least 18.
  • registration and Settings must write/read the same account-level content-mode preference; changing it in either place should affect the entire CookieMonsters experience consistently.
  • Under-18 members and members without a birth date must not be able to enable NSFW mode.
  • Age checks and access to NSFW content must be enforced server-side, not only by hiding controls in the browser.
  • NSFW mode should reveal adult/mature areas and all NSFW-specific options/choices that are otherwise hidden across the site, including eligible adult forum/community controls and the cheekier 18+ connection-label set; switching it off immediately returns the site to the normal SFW view and removes those choices from normal member-facing UI.
  • Treat NSFW as an adult-content visibility mode, not as a removal of site rules: moderation, reporting and prohibited-content rules still apply everywhere.
  • for members who are eligible for and have enabled NSFW/18+ at account level, add a small persistent SFW quick switch near the bottom-left of the signed-in UI for situations such as browsing at work or around other people;
  • the quick control should be clearly labelled SFW with a simple checkbox/switch state and should be easy to reach without opening Settings, while staying visually quiet and not covering important content on desktop/mobile;
  • SFW checked/on temporarily hides all NSFW/18+ material and choices across the current device/browser experience, including NSFW Gallery folders/photos, communities/forums, News Feed items, notification previews, search/discovery results and 18+ connection-label choices;
  • SFW unchecked/off restores the member's normal NSFW-enabled view immediately, without requiring a new age check or changing their account-level NSFW consent;
  • this is a privacy/viewing override, not a second age/consent setting: it must never enable NSFW for an account that is not already eligible and opted in, and it must not disable the member's stored NSFW preference in Settings;
  • keep the quick SFW state device/browser-specific rather than syncing it to every device, so putting a work computer into SFW mode does not unexpectedly change a home device;
  • when the quick SFW mode is active, enforce it throughout navigation/API responses so direct NSFW links cannot simply bypass the filter; hidden content should behave as unavailable until the member turns the quick mode off;
  • switching SFW mode should update the visible page immediately and clear/hide any already-rendered NSFW thumbnail, preview or feed card rather than waiting for the next reload.
