Original priority: P0 — Core stability and finish current features
- Make the homepage hero authentication-aware:
- keep the current cozy welcome text/visual treatment for now;
- when the visitor is signed out, normal discovery/join CTAs may still be shown;
- when the member is already signed in, hide the Join the community and Explore hero buttons because they are redundant once the member is already inside the site;
- do not replace them with another unnecessary CTA just to fill the space; let the hero breathe cleanly for signed-in members.
