Imported from the pre-Redmine CookieMonsters TODO during the 2026-08-29 migration.
Original priority: P1 — Community experience and polish
- Add administrator moderation controls:
- admins can temporarily suspend/restrict a user from the community;
- admins can permanently ban a user;
- admins can remove/revoke a suspension or ban when appropriate;
- moderation must be enforced server-side, not only hidden in the UI;
- store moderation reason, timestamps and responsible admin in an audit/history view.
